The good news for the auto industry is that business is on the rise. According to Urban Science, consumers are buying more vehicles than in recent years. The company's vice president of retail channel solutions John Frith said in a statement that, "dealers are making a profit for the first time in more than three years without having to rely on their service departments to do so."
